Full Terms. The Promotional Period

The High Hand of the Day Promotion runs daily from Wednesday at 18:01 until Sunday at 04:00, during the period 29 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless amended, suspended, or cancelled earlier by the Group.

Promotion Eligibility

The High Hand of the Day promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by the Group and is available exclusively to eligible Group customers who meet the criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

To participate, customers must:

• Check in at the Bombay Club, Tallinn, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Participate only in eligible Bombay Club cash games that are regular, open-entry games forming part of a public event during the Promotional Period.

• Participation is strictly limited to the registered account holder. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by proxy.
• By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to the publication and use of their first name and first letter of their family name, together with any prizes won, in promotional and informational materials, including in-venue displays and digital platforms operated by the Group.
• All Lucky Money, non-cashable credits, and non-negotiable chips awarded as part of the Promotion will be credited wallet-only, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All blind limits offered in eligible cash games qualify for the Promotion.
• In community card games, the board alone does not qualify as a winning hand.
• In community card games (including Texas Hold’em and Omaha), exactly two cards from the player’s hand must be used to form the best five-card hand.
• The minimum qualifying hand is a Full House, Aces full of Jacks.
• The hand must go to showdown to qualify.
• The pot must be raked.
• If multiple qualifying hands are identical in rank and value, the earliest hand achieved during the Promotional Period will take precedence.
• All qualifying hands are subject to verification by casino management.
• Only hands verified and confirmed by the dealer and floor staff will be eligible.
• In the event of a dispute, casino hand history records, dealer confirmation, and surveillance footage (where applicable) will be used for verification.
• All management decisions are final and binding.

Prizes

High Hand of the Day ranking winner for cash games will win 100 euros worth of non-negotiable chips which will be credited to their Wallet account. The prize will be credited to the winner’s Wallet within 48 hours after the weekly promotional period ends.

Prizes Substitution

No alternative prize is available. Prizes credited within 48 hours after the daily promotional period ends.

General Use

Lucky Money / Non-Negotiable Chips (NNs) are promotional chips with no cash value. They are non-redeemable, non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or used for tipping. Use is subject to table limits unless stated otherwise. NNs may also be used across the Group’s hospitality, food and beverage, and entertainment services.

Game Specific Use

Roulette

• Valid for inside bets only.
• Outside bets, bonus, or side bets are not permitted. Lightning Roulette (where offered and available)
  – Not valid for Lighting Roulette unless expressly permitted at the discretion of management
  – Where permitted: Valid for inside bets only; Outside bets, bonus, or side bets are not permitted.

Baccarat

• Valid for Player or Banker bets only.
• Tie, Pair, bonus, or side bets are not permitted.

Ultimate Texas Hold’em / Three Card Poker

– Valid for Ante or main Bet positions only.
– Trips, Pair Plus, Progressive, or side bets are not permitted.

Blackjack

• Bets are only valid for (main) bets, splits, double downs, and double after splits.
• Progressive, bonus, insurance and side bets are not permitted.

All use of Lucky Money / Non-Negotiable Chips is at the sole discretion of management.
Management decisions are final in all cases.

General Terms

• The Promotion is open to eligible customers only.
• All related Terms & Conditions apply and remain in full force and effect
• It is hereby clarified and acknowledged that the Group has sole jurisdiction and management authority over the Promotion, and any Bonus Score, and or Gift Shop items / Bundles issuance.
• Bonus Score achievements are awarded exclusively for transactions completed via the Wallet.
• The Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice:
