- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their Bets.
- Each customer places their own Bets.
- Bets that are below the Minimum bet set for the table will not be paid out and will be returned to the customer. Bets that exceed the Maximum bet set for the table will be paid out within the limits of the maximum allowed.
- Verbal Bets will only be counted if the customer has given the Croupier Chips for the corresponding amount.
- Customers are prohibited from touching their Bets after the Croupier has signalled the end of Betting.
- If several customers are playing at one winning Box, customers are only allowed to touch or remove Bets from that Box after all Bets related to that Box have been paid out.
- The Chips given to the Croupier to change the game table will not be returned, but will be exchanged for Cash chips, which can be transferred to the customer’s account by the cashier at the Casino cash desk after the game or used at another game table.
- If a customer has placed a Bet and is not present at the table, the Croupier has the right to perform the actions described in this provision.
- If a customer has made a winning Bet in Roulette and is not present at the table at the time of the next Spin, then:
- Bets on Columns, Dozens and Even Chances – The Croupier will remove the initial Bet and the winnings from the playing field and place them on the customer’s side of the table;
- Bets on the table number field – will automatically continue to play on the next Spin.
- If a customer has placed a Bet at the card table and the cards have been dealt, and the customer has then left the table and been away from the table for at least 5 minutes:
- Blackjack – the cards and Bet are left untouched and moved on to the next Box and so on until the last Box, after which the Croupier takes the card(s). Losing Bets are collected and winning Bets are removed from the playing area after being paid out;
- Ultimate Texas Hold’em – The Ante and Blind bets are collected, but if a Trips bet has also been made, it is collected or paid out according to the outcome of the game.

- Seats behind the tables are for customers only.
- If a customer violates these rules, the Floor Manager or Casino Manager has the right to remove the customer from the game.
Descriptions of game systems and rules for gaming tables
Blackjack
- The game is played with six (6) decks (312 cards). With a Mechanical card shuffler at the gaming table, the number of decks is indicated on the table. If the number of decks is not specifically indicated, six (6) decks are used in the game.
- The validity of the cards can only be checked before the first Shuffle. When using a Mechanical card shuffler, the first Shuffle is considered to be the Shuffle that follows the replacement of all decks.
- To start the game, the customer must separate approximately 52 cards from the Shuffled deck using a Cut card. When using a Mechanical card shuffler, separation and Cut cards are not used.
- If the customer does not wish to cut the deck, the Floor Manager or Casino Manager will do it instead.
- Bets are placed on the marked area on the table in front of the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Box). Bets may be placed until the Croupier has said “No more bets” or signalled the end of Betting by sliding their right hand across the table from right to left. The end of the hand gesture also signals the end of Betting.
- The customer has the right to play behind a Bet already in the Box (hereinafter referred to as the back player), but only the customer who made the first Bet has the right to make decisions. There can be a maximum of two (2) back players, whereby the back Bet may not be less than the Minimum bet on the table and the total amount of Bets in the Box may not exceed the Maximum bet for one Box set on the table. Different customers may not combine Bets in order to achieve the Minimum bet or an amount exceeding it.
- The customer has the right to make a Perfect Pair side Bet if the first two unsplit cards dealt to the Box form a pair of number or picture cards of the same suit (e.g. 99 of clubs, JJ of diamonds, AA of hearts) or another winning combination described below. The player can place an additional Bet before the cards are dealt. The Perfect Pair additional Bet win does not depend on the Blackjack result. Possible winning combinations are:
- Perfect Pair – a pair of the same value and suit (e.g. AA of hearts). The winning bet is paid out after the dealer’s first card is revealed, at a ratio of 30:1;
- Coloured Pair – a pair of different suits but the same colour (e.g. 2 of diamonds, 2 of clubs). The winning bet is paid out after the dealer’s first card is revealed, at a ratio of 12:1;
- Mixed Pair – a pair of the same value but different suits (e.g. 10 of clubs, 10 of diamonds). The winning bet is paid out after the dealer’s first card is revealed, at a ratio of 5:1.
- The customer has the right to make a 21+3 side Bet that the first two cards dealt to the Box and the dealer’s first open card form a Poker-like winning combination. The player can make an additional Bet before the cards are dealt. The additional Bet win does not depend on the final result of the Blackjack game. Possible winning combinations are:
- Suited Trips – three cards of the same rank and suit (e.g. three queens of clubs). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards at a ratio of 9:1.
- Straight Flush – three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g. 10, J, Q of diamonds). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards at a ratio of 9:1;
- Three of a Kind – three cards of the same value but of different suits (e.g. K of hearts, K of clubs, K of diamonds). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer has taken additional cards at a ratio of 9:1;
- Straight – three consecutive cards, regardless of suit (e.g. 2 of clubs, 3 of diamonds, 4 of hearts). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards at a ratio of 9:1.
- Flush – three cards of the same suit, but not in sequence (e.g. 2, 6, 10 of clubs). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards at a ratio of 9:1;
- Top 3 Bet – This is an additional Bet that the player must place in the designated Box before the cards are dealt. Possible winning combinations are listed in order from the highest payout to the lowest payout:
- Suited Trips – Three cards of the same rank and suit (e.g. three queens). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards, at a ratio of 270:1;
- Straight Flush – three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g. 10, J, Q of diamonds). The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer takes additional cards, at a ratio of 180:1;
- Mixed Trips – three cards of the same value but of different suits. The winning Bet is paid out after the dealer has taken additional cards at a ratio of 90:1.
- Only those Boxes that have had a Bet placed on them before the start of the deal participate in the game. The croupier deals a card to each participating Box from left to right, then deals one open card to himself and then one more open card to each Box. After dealing the first two cards, the Croupier begins offering additional cards to customers one Box at a time or introduces other game options.
- Clients are not allowed to touch the cards without the permission of the Floor manager or Casino manager.
- All picture cards are worth 10 points, and an ace is worth 1 or 11 points. The values of the remaining cards are equal to the numbers marked on them.
- If the customer’s first two cards are an ace and a 10 or an ace and a picture card (hereinafter: Blackjack), the dealer will immediately pay out the winnings, unless the dealer’s first card is a 10, a picture card or an ace. If the Dealer has an Ace showing, the Dealer will offer the customer an immediate payout for Blackjack at a ratio of 1:1 (hereinafter referred to as even money).
- If the customer’s first two cards have the same point value (e.g. 2.2; 9.9 etc), they can be split into two separate hands by placing a Bet equal to the original Bet on the split hand (hereinafter: Split). One hand can be Split up to four times or an unlimited number of times, depending on the promotion offered by the Casino. The new card combination must consist of at least two cards. A combination of an ace and a 10 (or picture card) obtained by Splitting is not Blackjack, but 21 points, and is paid out at 1:1 in the event of a win. A result of 21 from two cards obtained by Splitting loses to the Dealer’s Blackjack. Aces can only be Split once, and only one card can be added to each Split ace.
- The customer can double (hereinafter: Double) their bet with any combination of the first two cards, except for Blackjack or “hard 21” (a combination of an ace and 10 points obtained after splitting), receiving only one more card. It is also possible to Double down on a Split Bet before taking the third card.
- If the game has moved on from the Box and a card has been added to the next Box, it is no longer possible to make any transactions on the previous Box.
- If the dealer’s first card is an ace, customers have the opportunity to insure their personal initial Bets (hereinafter: Insurance) by placing a separate Bet in the designated area on the table. The maximum Insurance bet is half of the Bet being insured. Only the initial Bet can be insured (i.e. insurance must be placed before the third card is added, Doubling down or Splitting). Blackjack cannot be Insured. Before Splitting, you must choose which Bet to Insure.
- If the dealer gets Blackjack, all Bets that do not have a Blackjack combination lose. A Bet with a Blackjack combination neither wins nor loses (push). If the dealer has Blackjack, Insurance is paid out to customers at a ratio of 2:1. If the dealer does not get Blackjack, the Insurance bet loses and the game continues according to the rules.
- The customer indicates whether they want a card or refuse a card either by hand signal or verbally. In the event of a dispute (whether the customer wanted an additional card or not), the situation will only be discussed, if it was a hand signal.
- If the total value of the cards in one of the customer’s Boxes is 21, no more cards can be drawn, including in combination with an ace.
- If the total value of the cards exceeds 21, the Bet is lost.
- Backers do not have to Double down, Split or Insure. In the case of a Split, backers must decide which hand to choose before the second card is added. Backers make their decision to fold (if a special offer is active) and to take even money independently of the first customer’s decision.
- The dealer is obliged to take a card in addition to the sum of 16 or less points and to stop at a point total of 17 or more (including 17 points obtained with an ace, i.e. a soft seventeen).
- The dealer pays out the customer’s Blackjack at a ratio of three to two (3:2), and other wins at one to one (1:1).
- If the dealer and the customer have an equal number of points (tie), the customer’s Bet is retained (neither won nor lost).
- If a card from the shoe (i.e. the card-dealing device) or the Card shuffler is accidentally opened or opened as a result of an inaccurate signal from the customer, that card is treated as the next card to be played. Cards are not removed from the game, i.e. all cards are played.
- If the cards are dealt but one correctly Betting customer is left without a card, the cards are taken back and dealt again, restoring the correct order of dealing.
- If two cards have been dealt to the customers during the deal and the Croupier has not dealt himself a card, and if the customers have already started to take cards, then the customer at whom the game stopped decides whether to take the card himself or let the Croupier do so at that moment. If the customer decides to take the card for themselves, the Croupier will immediately take the next card for themselves.
- If the Croupier deals cards to a Box that has no Bet, the game is restarted.
- If the Croupier deals the cards without noticing that the Cut card has already been removed from the deck and:
- Only the first card has been dealt to the customers, the “deal” is interrupted and all cards are reshuffled;
- The customers have started to take additional cards, the “deal” is played to the end and the cards are Shuffled afterwards;
- The cards in the deck are running out, all cards are taken from the corner of the deck, Shuffled, given to the customers to cut, and the “deal” is ended. After that, all cards are Shuffled again.
- If the mechanical Card shuffler stops working for technical reasons during the deal and it is not possible to finish the deal, the remaining cards are removed from the machine, placed in the card corner, Shuffled and cut, and the deal is finished using a regular card shoe.
- If the customer’s Bet and cards are on the table and the customer has left the Casino or their location cannot be determined for any other reason, the total score in that customer’s Box remains unchanged and the decision-making process continues.
- Payouts are made by the Croupier from right to left.
- Bombay may offer the customer the option to surrender half of their Bet in Blackjack (surrender).
- If the Casino offers surrender, it is only possible to surrender with the first two cards. It is not possible to surrender against the Dealer’s open ace. If the customer decides to surrender, the Dealer will split the Bet. If the Bet cannot be split exactly, it will be split in favour of the customer. Half of the Bet is returned to the customer, half of the Bet is automatically lost to the Casino, the cards are placed in the card corner and the game continues to the next box. You can also surrender a split Bet by doing so after taking the second card and before adding the third card. You cannot surrender an ace split.
Roulette
-
General rules of roulette
- Clients are prohibited from touching the roulette wheel.
- All numbers on the wheel are displayed on the grid on the table and on the Race track (if printed on the tablecloth).
- The grid of numbers on the table is further divided into Columns, Dozens and equal chances – black, red, even, odd, low (1-18) and high (19-36) numbers.
- The numbers on the Race track are in the same order as on the Roulette table and are divided into up to four sectors.
- To distinguish between different customers, roulette uses different coloured Chips (hereinafter referred to as Colour chips), the value of which corresponds to the Minimum bet allowed on the table for a single number, unless the customer wishes to increase this value before use.
- It is also possible to play with Cash chips, but in this case, customers must take into account that other customers may also play with similar chips. Customers are responsible for their own Bets.
- Each customer places their Bets themselves, unless the customer gives the required number of chips to the Croupier and names the corresponding number or combination of numbers on which they wish to place a Bet.
- The Croupier is not obliged to exchange chips during the spinning of the ball (hereinafter referred to as Spin).
- The customer’s Bet(s), i.e. the total amount of Bets placed by one customer on one number/combination on the game table grid, sectors or Neighbours, may not exceed the table’s Maximum bet per number/combination. If a customer plays on both the grid and the sectors or Neighbours, they are responsible for ensuring that their Bets comply with the Maximum Bet for the corresponding number or combination of numbers on the game table.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy and correctness of their Bets, including Bets requested to be placed by the Croupier, e.g. Bets on Neighbours. To avoid misunderstandings, the customer is obliged to ensure the accuracy of the Bet that is placed. The Croupier or, if necessary, the Floor Manager or Casino Manager shall decide on the location of incorrectly placed Bets before the ball falls, asking the customer for confirmation.
- Customers can place Bets until the croupier says “No more bets” or gives the corresponding signal with their hand(s). Bets placed after such an announcement/signal are invalid and will be returned to the customer.
- No Bets may be placed on the winning number and the first Dozen on the race track until the winnings have been paid out by the Croupier. The same applies to the winning Column, Dozen and even chances.
- In the event of any irregularities (e.g. a foreign object falling into the wheel or a spilled drink etc), the Croupier has the right to declare the Betting round invalid by announcing “No spin” to the customer and removing the ball from the Roulette wheel. In this case, no payouts will be made and a new Spin will be made.
- If the ball makes less than four (4) full revolutions on the wheel, the Betting round will be declared invalid (“No spin”) and the ball will be removed from the Roulette wheel. In this case, no payouts will be made and a new Spin will be made.
- Colour chips may not be taken from the table. If a customer wishes to change tables or end the game, the Croupier will exchange the Colour chips for Cash chips.
- If a customer leaves the Casino with Colour chips and it is not possible to determine their value afterwards, they will be exchanged for Cash chips only at the minimum value of the table where the Colour chips originated. Each Roulette table has Colour chips with different markings.
- These rules apply to all Roulette games and their variations. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the specific rules below, the specific rules shall prevail.
-
Roulette rules
- On the Race track it is permitted to place a Minimum bet of five times the Minimum bet allowed on a single Race track number. For example, with a Minimum bet of one euro on a single number, the minimum bet on the Race Track is five euros, which is multiplied by five, resulting in a Minimum bet of 25 euros (5 x 5) on a single number on the Race Track. The same proportion is taken into account on all Roulette tables, depending on the Minimum bet allowed on them.
- Winnings are paid out as follows:
- Straight up (single number) – 35:1
- Split (two numbers) – 17:1
- Street (three numbers) – 11:1
- Corner (four numbers) – 8:1
- Six line (six numbers) – 5:1
- Columns and Dozens (twelve numbers) – 2:1
- Even chances (eighteen numbers) – 1:1
-
Spread bets
- Spread bets give you the opportunity to Bet on a bonus number between 0 and 72, which is divided into seven different number ranges that you can Bet on.
- The number table on the Roulette table displays two concentric number wheels that Spin in opposite directions and stop after the Betting time has ended. One wheel displays the winning number and the other wheel randomly selects a number, after which the two numbers are added together to give the final Spread bet winning number.
- Players have the right to place Spread bets at the beginning of each Spin together with regular Bets or separately, regardless of regular Bets. There are seven different number ranges to choose from for placing Bets.

Baccarat
- The game uses eight (8) decks (416 cards).
- The validity of the cards can only be checked before the first shuffle.
- To start the game, the customer must separate or cut at least 13 cards from the shuffled deck using a Cut card.
- If the customer is unable to cut the deck for any reason, the Pit Boss/Floor Manager/Casino Manager will do so.
- The deck of cards is not cut at tables with a mechanical Card shuffler.
- The first card of each deck is dealt face up on the table and, depending on the nominal value of the card, the number of cards corresponding to the nominal value is “burned” before the deal begins (placed in the card corner unused in the game) without anyone seeing them. In this case, an ace is counted as “one”, picture cards as “ten” and other cards according to their nominal value. When using a mechanical Card shuffler, the corresponding number of cards is “burned” only after six/eight decks of cards have been loaded into the machine.
- The customer has the option of placing a Bet on either the banker Box (hereinafter: Banker) or the player Box (hereinafter Player) and, simultaneously or separately, on the tie Box (hereinafter Tie). It is not possible to place Bets on other customers’ Boxes.
- The Bet amount for both the Player and Banker boxes is €5.
- After the Bets have been placed, two cards are dealt to the Player and the Banker in turn.
- The point values of the cards in Baccarat are as follows: an ace is worth 1, picture cards are worth 0, and the remaining cards are worth their face value. Tens are subtracted from two-digit point values, so that the value of each combination remains between 0 and 9 points.
- If one of the two Betting options gets 8 or 9 points with the first two cards, it is called a “natural” and no more cards are added to either hand.
- If there is no “clean” point total, the “third card table” is used as the basis for drawing cards. First, a card is drawn for the Player, and then for the Banker, if necessary.
- A third card is drawn for the Player’s hand, if the sum of the Player’s two cards is 0-5 points.
- No third card is drawn for the Player’s hand, if the sum of the Player’s two cards is 6-7 points.

Poker Games
-
General rules of poker
- Poker games use a standard deck of 52 cards.
- Before dealing the cards, the order of the deck is changed by cutting the deck with a special Cutting card. At least five cards must be cut from the top or bottom of the deck. If a Player refuses to cut the deck, the dealer or inspector will do so.
- The deck is not cut at tables with a mechanical Card shuffler.
- Players are only allowed to communicate with each other in Estonian, Russian, Finnish or English. Communication in other languages is prohibited. In the event of non-compliance, the Pit Boss (or Floor Manager, if necessary) has the right to interrupt the game and refuse to serve customers.
- Players are prohibited from playing while standing, wearing sunglasses or wearing a cap.
- A Player may play on one or all playing fields (hereinafter referred to as Boxes). When playing on more than one Box, one may have an “open hand” (the player may look at the cards in that Box), while all others must be “blind hands” (the player may not look at the cards).
- When playing on two or more Boxes, the Boxes must be placed side by side.
- Only one Player’s Bet is allowed on one Box.
- The dealer deals the appropriate number of cards to all playing Boxes and to himself. All cards are dealt face down, i.e. with the front side facing the table.
- Players may only look at their cards once the dealer has dealt all the cards and pushed them to the players.
- Cards may only be viewed at the table.
- Players are prohibited from showing their cards to each other, looking at other players’ cards, or exchanging cards with each other. They are also prohibited from signalling their cards to other Players in any other way. Failure to comply with this rule gives the Pit Boss or Floor Manager the right to suspend the game and restrict the Player’s Bets for one day.
- Leaving the table with cards is prohibited.
- After placing their cards on the table under their Bets, Players are not allowed to touch their cards. During the game, Players are also not allowed to touch their Bets.
- Players are not allowed to look at “blind hands”. The dealer opens the players’ cards after opening his own cards.
- Once all Bets have been placed and the players have placed their cards on the table, the dealer will reveal their cards.
- Poker and/or hand combinations and payout amounts are shown in the table on the table.
- There is no ranking order for card suits.
- A straight, or combination of consecutive cards, can only be in the range from ace to ace, i.e. a wrap-around straight (e.g. Q, K, A, 2, 3) is not considered a straight.
- Payouts (including bonus payouts) are made by the dealer from right to left.
- If the dealer deals the wrong number of cards or deals any cards face up, all cards will be reshuffled and Bets will remain untouched.
- If the mechanical Card shuffler stops working before the dealer has dealt the cards, the hand is cancelled. At the discretion of the Pit boss or Floor manager, the cards will be Shuffled by hand.
- These rules apply to all poker games and their variations. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the specific rules below, the specific rules shall prevail.
-
Ultimate Texas Hold’em
- In a standard game, a Player can play on 1-5 Boxes, and in a special game, on 1-6 Boxes.
- When playing on two or more Boxes, the Boxes must be adjacent to each other.
- To start the game, Players must place equal Bets in the ANTE and BLIND Boxes and, if desired, a bonus Bet in the TRIPS Box. The TRIPS Bet does not have to be equal to the ANTE Bet, but must be in accordance with the table’s Minimum and Maximum bets. ANTE, BLIND and TRIPS must be placed before the cards are dealt.
- In the case of “blind hands”, both the initial ANTE and BLIND Bets and the back Bet (hereinafter PLAY) must be made. PLAY can be one, two, three or four times the ANTE.
- The Player then has the option to either Bet 3 or 4 times the ANTE Bet in the PLAY Box or check, i.e. see the Flop (the next three community cards on the table) for free.
- Once all Players have made their decisions, the dealer opens the Flop.
- After the Flop is revealed, the Player must decide whether to Bet 2 times the ANTE Bet in the PLAY Box or Check, i.e. see the last two cards revealed for free.
- Once all Players have made their decisions, the dealer reveals the last 2 community cards.
- The Player must then either Bet an amount equal to the ANTE in the PLAY Box or fold.
- If the Player decides to fold, they must push their cards towards the dealer or clearly indicate their desire not to continue playing.
- Both the dealer’s and the Player’s combinations are formed from the two cards initially dealt and the five community cards in the middle of the table. The Poker combination is formed from the five strongest cards out of the seven cards. If the cards are of equal value, a tie is declared and the remaining two cards are not taken into account.
- The dealer’s game starts with a pair of twos (two twos).
- The dealer reveals the Players’ cards one by one, from right to left.
- When the Player’s cards are revealed, the dealer highlights one or both of the Player’s cards that form the Player’s Poker combination.
- If the dealer’s combination is higher than the Player’s, the Player loses the ANTE, PLAY and BLIND bets.
- If the dealer’s combination is lower than the Player’s, the dealer pays the PLAY and ANTE bets 1:1 and the BLIND Bet according to the payout table on the table (if the Player’s combination is lower than a straight, the BLIND Bet remains untouched).
- If the dealer does not have a hand (at least two pairs), the ANTE remains untouched and the remaining Bets are paid out according to the player’s combination and the payout table on the table.
- If neither the dealer nor the Player has a hand, the dealer’s 5 highest cards out of 7 are compared to the player’s 5 highest cards:
- If the dealer’s highest card is higher than the Player’s, PLAY and BLIND lose, and the ANTE remains untouched (returned to the Player).
- If the dealer’s highest card is lower than the Player’s – PLAY is paid 1:1, BLIND and ANTE remain untouched.
- If the dealer and the Player have an equal hand (all 5 cards are equal), a tie is declared and all Bets remain untouched.
- BLIND Bet: If the Player has a lower hand than a straight and has made a BLIND Bet, and the dealer has a hand and the Player beats the dealer (e.g. dealer has 1 pair, Player has 2 pairs), then the BLIND Bet remains untouched. If the Player has a higher hand than a straight, but the dealer has a higher hand, the BLIND Bet is lost.
- The TRIPS Bet is an independent Bet that does not depend on the dealer’s hand. The winning combination may include one or both of the Player’s cards plus the community cards, or it may be based solely on the community cards. If the Player has placed a TRIPS Bet and the combination is Three of a Kind or higher, the Player wins. If the Player’s combination is lower than Three of a Kind, the Player loses the TRIPS Bet.
-
3 Card Poker
- The Player can play on one or all six Boxes.
- In the case of an “open hand”, an initial Bet (hereinafter: ANTE) must be placed, or in addition to the initial Bet, a Bet must also be placed in the BONUS Box. The Player may also play with only a BONUS (Pair Plus bonus) Bet.
- The ANTE and BONUS Bets do not have to be of equal value, but must comply with the table’s Minimum and Maximum bets.
- In the case of “blind hands”, both an initial Bet (ANTE) and a back Bet (hereinafter: BET) must be placed. The back bet (BET) must be of the same value as the initial bet (ANTE).
- Only the Player playing at a specific Box has the right to place a bonus Bet.
- The dealer deals 3 cards to all playing Boxes and to themselves.
- Based on the cards in their “open hand”, the Player decides whether they wish to continue. If they wish to continue, they must place their cards in the Box BET and also place a back bet (BET) on the cards. If they do not wish to continue, they lose their initial bet (ANTE) and also the bet on the BONUS Box, if a bet has been placed on that Box.
- If the Player wishes to fold (their Bet is lost), the Player may not discard the cards themselves, but must inform the dealer or use a hand signal.
- In a bonus game, the dealer always checks (opens) the Players’ cards (except in the case of immediate surrender).
- If the dealer has a hand that starts with one queen and the Player’s “hand” is stronger, the ANTE and BET are paid out 1:1.
- If the dealer has a stronger “hand” than the Player, the Player’s Bets on the ANTE and BET Boxes lose.
- BONUS is a separate game with the aim of getting a pair or higher combination, and payouts do not depend on the dealer’s “hand”.
- If the dealer does not have a game (no queen or higher), the dealer pays the ANTE Bet 1:1 and then opens the Player’s cards to check whether the BONUS or ANTE BONUS combination is played. If the Player does not have a pair or higher combination, the BONUS Bet Box loses, but the BET Box remains untouched.
- If the Player has a straight, three of a kind or a flush, the ANTE BONUS is also paid, regardless of the dealer’s hand.
- If the dealer and the Player have the same card combination, the Player with the higher card combination or the higher next card wins.
- If the dealer and the Player have an equal winning combination and the remaining cards are also of equal strength, the game is a draw and the Bets remain untouched.
- Unlike in regular poker, due to the nature of the 3 cards, a straight is a higher combination than a flush.
-
Bombay Poker
- A maximum of 3 playing fields can be played on the game table.
- A Player can play on one playing field (hereinafter: Box) or on all three playing fields (Boxes).
- In the case of an “open hand”, only the initial Bet (hereinafter: ANTE) must be placed. In the case of “blind hands”, both the initial bet (ANTE) and the back Bet (hereinafter: BET) must be placed. The BET must be double the ANTE.
- To start the game, a Bet must be placed in the ANTE Box and, when playing with a bonus, a bonus Bet must also be placed.
- Players are only allowed to place Bets in their own Box, including their own bonus Box. Bets may not be placed in other Players’ Boxes.
- The dealer deals 5 cards to all playing Boxes and to himself, with the dealer’s last card being placed face up. Before the last card is revealed, the Player is not allowed to look at the cards in his “open hand”. In the case of a Shuffle Master game, the bottom card is turned face up.
- If the Player decides to continue playing, they can purchase a sixth card or exchange 1-5 cards for an amount equal to the ANTE Bet.
- Cards may not be exchanged in the “blind” Box. However, the Player has the option to purchase an additional 6 cards.
- Before the dealer exchanges the first Player’s cards, all Players must decide whether to continue playing with their existing cards, purchase an additional sixth card, exchange 1-5 cards, or end the game. Only after all Players have made their decision will the dealer begin to exchange cards from left to right.
- After the cards have been exchanged, the Player decides whether they wish to continue playing at that Box. If they continue, the cards must be placed in the Box BET, and the BET Bet, which is always double the ANTE, must be placed on top of the cards. If the Player decides not to continue playing, they lose their Initial Bet (ANTE).
- If the Player has a “three of a kind” or a stronger combination, they can insure their “game” situation against the dealer not having a game. The insurance Bet is placed in front of the Customer’s Box on the so-called insurance line.
- It is also permitted to insure a “blind” Box.
- The insurance Bet is made from the minimum (an amount equivalent to the ANTE bet) to the maximum (1/2 of the winning combination payout).
- If the Player has two combinations at the same time, it is possible to insure both combinations. To do this, the Player’s first combination must be at least a three of a kind or higher.
- Before the dealer reveals their cards, they say “insurance closed” and the Player is no longer allowed to change their insurance.
- If it turns out that the dealer does not have a hand, the insurance bet is paid out 1:1. If the dealer has a hand, the insurance Bet is lost. If the Player has insured their Bet, but has a combination lower than a three of a kind, the insurance Bet must be returned to the Player regardless of the outcome.
- If the dealer’s combination is stronger than the Player’s insured combination, the Player’s ANTE and BET Bets are lost, but the insurance Bet remains.
- If the dealer has a game, at least an ace-king combination, the payouts depend on the Player’s “hand”. If the dealer does not have a game, the initial ANTE Bet is paid out 1:1.
- If the dealer’s combination is higher than the Player’s, the Player loses their Bets.
- If the dealer’s combination is lower than the Player’s, the BET Bet is paid out according to the payout table on the table. The ANTE Bet is not paid out.
- If the dealer does not have a game, the dealer will reveal their highest card separately, then offer each Player the choice of taking the ANTE or buying the dealer a game for an amount equal to the ANTE Bet. In the case of blind hands, the Player may buy the game for the dealer, but all other Players must have made their decision beforehand. The cards in the “blind” Box are then revealed and the Player can decide whether to buy the game from the dealer or take the ANTE. If there is more than one blind Box, the cards are revealed and decisions are made for each Box, moving from right to left.
- The dealer places their highest card in the card corner and replaces it with the next card from the deck. If there is a game, the existing winnings are paid out.
- If the dealer receives a card of the same value as the card that was removed from the game, they eliminate that card and take a new one (unless the selected cards form a combination, such as a flush). If another card of the same value is dealt, the card is replaced again, with no limit to the number of replacements.
- If, after replacing the highest card, the dealer still does not have a hand, neither the ANTE nor the BET Bets are paid out.
- With five cards, the only possible additional combination is ace/king (plays with a pair, two pairs, three of a kind or four of a kind).
- When comparing the Player’s combination with the dealer’s, only the Player’s strongest five-card combination is compared first (for example: queen – queen – queen – queen – 8 – 8, first four of a kind: Q-Q-Q-Q-8 and then full house Q-Q-Q-8-8).
- A maximum of two combinations are paid out on one Box.
- If the Player has two combinations, both combinations are paid out if one combination is higher than the dealer’s and at least one card from the second combination is not included in the first combination.
- The payout for two combinations on one Box may not exceed the maximum payout for the table. The maximum payout for the table is the payout when the Player wins the table’s Maximum bet with a Royal Flush (payout 100:1).
- In the case of a tie between the dealer and the Player, the Bet remains untouched (neither won nor lost). Only the highest 5-card combination is compared, with the combination having the higher card or the next highest card. In the case of a “house” combination (three of a kind and a pair), the strength of the combination is determined by the three of a kind. There is no order of strength among the card suits.
- Players also have the option to play with a bonus. The bonus is a separate additional Bet, which starts from a straight.
- If the Player plays with a bonus, the Player has a bonus game combination and the Player wishes to purchase a sixth card, they are obliged to inform the dealer of this. The bonus Bet is paid out before the sixth card is purchased.
- If the Player buys a sixth card or exchanges cards, the bonus Bet is lost.
- When playing with a bonus, the Player’s cards are always checked, except in the case of the Player’s immediate surrender and the purchase of a card or cards.
- Bonus winnings are paid out according to the table shown on the table.

- A rake, being a commission fee retained by the house for facilitating and hosting the game, is applied to all eligible pots in cash games under the following general conditions shown under “Cash Game Structure and Rake” herein.
- Tournaments – Prize Pool and House Fee Structure
- In tournaments (where applicable and subject to individual tournament structure and key terms):
- Where total buy-ins, including rebuys and add-ons, exceed the guaranteed prize pool, a portion of the excess amount may be retained by the house as a service fee.
- The remaining excess, after deduction of this fee, is added to the guaranteed prize pool and distributed among the winning participants in accordance with the published payout schedule.
- All applicable fees, percentages, and distribution models are confirmed in advance of each tournament and published as part of the unique tournament summary.
- In tournaments (where applicable and subject to individual tournament structure and key terms):
- Deck and Dealing Procedures
- If a player is not seated when the first card is dealt:
- In tournaments: hand is dead and cards are collected after the button’s second card (or in Stud, after the last player’s third street card).
- In cash games: cards are collected once action reaches the absent player.
- If the dealer exposes the flop before betting ends, the cards are reshuffled and a new flop is dealt without a burn.
- If the turn card is prematurely dealt, it is reshuffled and a new turn is dealt after betting ends. The same procedure applies for the river. In Stud, prematurely dealt upcards are reshuffled and redealt after betting ends.
- Irregular Flops and Premature-Dealt Cards
- 4-Card Flops. If the flop has 4 rather than 3 cards, exposed or not, and regardless of whether the door card is presumed known, the floor will be called. The dealer then scrambles the 4 cards face down, the floor randomly selects 1 as the next burn card and the other 3 are the flop.
- If there was no burn on a 3-card flop, exposed or not and regardless of whether the door card is presumed known, if no action has occurred, the 3 cards are scrambled face down, one chosen as the burn. The flop will be the other 2 cards plus the next card off the stub. If any action (even one check) has occurred, play proceeds with the initial 3 cards. Only one card is burned for the turn.
- Wrong Number of Cards:
- Any player with the wrong number of cards will have their hand voided.
- If a player receives the wrong number of cards but continues to play, the hand is dead and bets remain in the pot.
- Exposed Cards on Initial Deal:
- If one card is exposed on the initial deal, it will be replaced by the first burn card before the flop. If more than one card is exposed, the hand is void.
- Boxed Cards:
- If a boxed card (a card that is face up in the deck) is found on the initial deal, it is exchanged for the first burn card.
- If a boxed card is discovered later, it remains in the deck until it comes into play and will be shuffled back into the live deck if necessary.
- The last card of the deck is never dealt, except in certain games (e.g., Sviten Special).
- Misdeal may be declared by poker manager/dealer if:
- first or second card of blinds exposed during initial deal;
- more than one card exposed during initial deal;
- wrong seating position dealt;
- wrong/missing cards dealt;
- incorrect number of cards dealt;
- foreign card found in deck.
- Management may declare misdeal in other cases. If substantial action has occurred, misdeal cannot be declared unless the deck is fouled.
- Incorrect Button Placement: If substantial action occurs with the button incorrectly placed, the hand completes, and the button continues from that position.
- Players cannot request a deck change unless cards are damaged.
- If a player is not seated when the first card is dealt:
- Betting Rules
- All players must act in turn. Acting out of turn or leaving the table before acting is prohibited. Leaving before acting may result in suspension for two hands once the player returns. The Tournament Director makes this decision. If no bet was made, a verbal “call” is considered a check; “raise” is considered the minimum bet. If a bet was made and the next player says “check”, they may check or call but not raise. Conditional statements (acting based on an opponent’s future action) may be binding at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
- A player who acts out of turn cannot act again until the action returns to them.
- Verbal action in/out of turn – verbal declarations are binding. Acting early deliberately may result in penalties. Early action is binding if action hasn’t changed.
- Physical action in/out of turn – all chips placed in turn remain in play. Out-of-turn bets may be returned unless action changes. Deliberate early action to influence others may be penalized.
- Accepted action – if incorrect chip counts are given, resolution follows:
- If the actual amount is less, the caller pays less.
- If the actual amount is more, the caller only pays the stated amount.
- Players must verify counts and may request floor assistance. Giving false information may result in penalties.
- Time
- Any seated player can “Call for a Clock” (Time) after a reasonable amount of time without action. During hand-for-hand play, any Player at any table may call for the clock. The Tournament Supervisor will give the player one minute to act, with a 10-second countdown. If the player has not acted by the end of the countdown, their hand is deemed dead (if first to act, it is a check).
- The Tournament Director may shorten the time if a player deliberately delays. Players may receive penalties. In tournaments with 15-minute blinds or shorter, decision time is 30 seconds, with a 5-second countdown.
- “Shot clock” and/or time bank cards may be used in tournaments.
- The Tournament Director may refuse a time request if deemed unreasonable.
- Hand Exposure
- If a player exposes cards to others, the Tournament Director may warn, penalize, and eventually kill the hand and disqualify the player.
- Hands exposed prematurely are live. The player remains in play with options to check, call, or fold, but without the options to bet or raise.
- If a player shows cards to one opponent, all players have the right to see them (“show one – show all”), even if folded. Such cards are placed aside and revealed after the hand.
- String Betting: A customer must place the full bet amount on the table in one motion, otherwise the bet is not accepted (string bet). If a customer makes a string bet:
- if there has already been a bet, it shall be considered a call bet;
- if the string bet is the first bet of the round, it is considered the first chip placed on the table (that touched the table), and if its value is below the minimum bet, then the minimum bet.
- Ambiguous Declarations: When a chip is placed with a declaration that can have multiple meanings, it will be ruled as the smallest legitimate value unless clarified by the Player.
- A higher-denomination chip placed on the table without comment (when other players have already bet) is considered a call unless the player verbally declares it as a raise. If the player declares “Raise” without stating the amount, the raise is deemed to be the maximum possible up to the value of the chip. To raise with a high-value chip, the player must verbally state the amount before placing the chip. Example: Player A bets 325, Player B places one 500 and one 25 chip without declaring a call—expecting 200 back—but nothing is returned since this is considered a raise.
- A high-value chip placed as the first bet is considered in full as the bet (in no-limit), a pot-sized bet (in pot-limit), or a fixed-limit bet equal to the limit (in fixed-limit games).
- If a player raises using multiple high-value chips without comment, and the amount is sufficient for the minimum raise, it is considered a raise. Exception: if removing one chip leaves an amount less than a call, the bet is considered a call. Example: blinds 200/400, Player A raises to 1200 (raise of 800), Player B puts in two 1000 chips without declaring a raise, this is a call. If Player B instead puts five 500 chips, it counts as a raise to 2000 (raise of 800).
- At the discretion of the Tournament Director, the so-called 50% raise rule may be applied: if the raise is at least 50% of the required minimum raise, the player must add chips to make up the difference. If less than 50%, it is considered a call
- If the bet amount was verbally declared beforehand, the player is bound by it. In such a case, placing chips in multiple motions is not considered a string bet.
- In Pot Limit and No Limit, the minimum raise rule applies:
- the first raise must always be at least double the previous bet (the big blind);
- a re-raise must be at least equal to the difference between the last bet and the last raise.
- In Fixed Limit poker, bets and raises are fixed and limited to four raises per betting round (five bets total). Example: limit 200, first raise 200, second raise 200, third raise 200, fourth raise 200 total 1000 maximum. Once play reaches heads-up, raises are unlimited. An all-in bet of at least 50% of a minimum raise counts as a raise.
- Raise Rules: players must announce intentions correctly and in time. It is strongly advised to verbally announce the size of a bet or raise. In No Limit and Pot Limit:
- place the full amount in one motion;
- verbally announce the full amount before placing chips;
- verbally declare “raise” before placing a call, then in one motion add the raise.
- All-In Raising: an all-in bet that is less than a full raise does not reopen betting for the previous raiser.
- The New Player’s Blind (only in cash games) or out-of-turn bets do not count towards pot size until the action has passed the relevant players.
- Showdown
- Players contesting the pot must reveal all hole cards. Order: last aggressor first, or if all checked, the first to act.
- All-In Showdown: all players in the pot must reveal cards. If a player mucks instead, staff may retrieve and expose the cards if identifiable. Deliberate mucking may be penalized.
- Side pots: all players still in the contest must reveal cards. No side pot player may fold if the main pot has an all-in. The dealer must reveal all hands.
- Showdown Order: last aggressor reveals first, then clockwise. Applies at river, turn, flop, or preflop. In Stud, the same rule applies. If no aggression occurred, the first player clockwise from the button reveals first (or Stud bring-in). Players may fold instead of showing.
- Winning Hand: to win, a player must reveal all cards, even if using only community cards. A tabled hand is only valid if cards are face-up on the table. Refusal to show – if a player refuses to reveal, the Tournament Director may declare the hand dead after 5 seconds and issue a penalty.
- Showing the Winner: any player in showdown may request to see another player’s cards if still present. Folded mucked cards cannot be requested. Suspected collusion may prompt the dealer to retain and show the cards to the Tournament Director.
- Killing a Hand: dealer cannot kill a clearly winning open hand. Players are encouraged to help read hands.
- Side Pots: each side pot is settled separately. Chips are not combined. Players must never touch the pot.
- Disputed Hands: disputes must be raised before the next deal begins (first shuffle or deck retrieval).
- Unprotected Hands: killed unprotected hands give no right to dispute or refund. Exception: uncalled raises may be returned.
- “Cards speak” – the best five-card (or any other amount of cards that are used to form the best hand, depending on the game) hand wins, regardless of dealer or player declaration errors.
- Verbal declaration of a hand is not binding; only revealed cards count. Intentional misdeclaration may result in a penalty.
- If the pot is mistakenly awarded, the incorrect winner must return it. Refusal may result in removal from the game and casino.
- Suits have no ranking in hand evaluation.
- Only up to five cards are used to form a hand; the 6th and 7th never determine win/loss.
- If a player has the nuts on the river and is the last to act, they must bet; checking or calling is not allowed.
- Split pots are divided equally. Odd chips go to: next player clockwise from button (flop games), highest suit card (Stud), highest hand (split-pot Omaha/Stud 8 or better). For low hands, odd chips go to the worst position.
- With multiple side pots, showdowns and settlements begin with the last side pot, moving backward.
- Tournament Poker
- Chip Add-Ons / Re-buys: players are permitted to purchase additional gaming chips through re-buys, provided their total chip count is equal to or less than the initial starting stack. Each player may purchase one add-on during the designated intervals specified by the Tournament summaries.
- Chip Dumping: Players attempting to lose all chips to re-enter will not be allowed to re-enter.
- Starting Tournament: The initial position for the dealer button is decided by a draw at the start and announced to the room. The dealer button moves clockwise according to this draw.
- Hand Start: A hand starts once the riffle shuffle begins.
- Player Absence: Players must be in position by the time the first card is dealt, or their hand is dead.
- All-In Situations: All live cards must be turned face up.
- Heads-Up Play: When heads-up, the small blind is on the button and acts first pre-flop. After the flop, action starts off the button.
- Blind/Ante Structure: The house can alter the published structure if required.

Rules of Cash Games
- General
- All cash games use cash-value chips as playing chips.
- Cash money bets are not accepted.
- A customer may not participate in more than one game simultaneously.
- All games use the “table stakes” rule: only chips on the table at the start of a hand may be used. During a hand, chips cannot be added (rebuy, etc.), nor may chips be removed before leaving the table, except for payment of food/drink/tips. Additional chips may be bought between hands.
- Customers may not lend chips from the table to other customers.
- Customers wishing to change tables must inform the poker supervisor in advance.
- All cash games use a dealer button. The dealer button position is always drawn before the first hand.
- The minimum and maximum buy-in amounts required to participate are determined by the casino according to the type of game and blind levels.
- If a customer changes seats at the same table and would have been required to post a mandatory bet before changing, they must still post it immediately after changing, unless they choose to wait until the obligation naturally arises.
- A customer with fewer chips than the value of the big blind at the start of a deal cannot be dealt cards.
- The table’s minimum and maximum blinds/antes may only be changed with the poker room supervisor’s permission, and all customers at the table must give verbal consent.
- Customers are entitled to one 30-minute break per evening, with the poker room supervisor’s permission. Leaving the table without such permission may result in losing the seat.
- Cards are always dealt to all stacks at the table. If a customer is absent the posted blind (or other obligatory bets) will be taken from their stack.
- A customer in the big blind position who is absent at showdown cannot win the pot.
- If a customer leaves the table and wishes to return within one hour, they must bring back at least the same amount of chips with which they left. Upon return, they must also post a new player’s blind, regardless of how many hands were missed.
- If multiple identical stakes cash tables exist, the floor manager has the right to close the most recently opened table to fill empty seats at earlier tables.
- If customers wish to move together to another table, and there are more customers than free seats, seating order is determined by drawing cards.
- If during a hand the deck accidentally falls onto/is placed on the table but the community cards have not yet been fully dealt, the order of the deck will first be attempted to be restored. If this is not possible, the deck is shuffled on the table surface and cut, after which play continues. If the same deck has mixed with mucked cards and they cannot be separated, the same procedure is applied and play continues.
- Joining a Cash Game
- To participate, customers must register with the poker room supervisor (floor manager, casino manager). If a customer is not present at the table when it opens, they may lose their seat.
- When the table has been opened by using a waiting list and players have been seated, the poker room supervisor will add willing players to the waiting list(s) for that table and any other they wish to be added to. When the seat opens up, it will be assigned to the 1st person on the waiting list for that table. A reserved seat will be held for up to 5 minutes, the customer must be present in the room and his/her name called twice. In case the customer does not take the seat in time, it will be given to the next person on the list.
- A customer cannot buy or otherwise obtain a seat at the table outside of the waiting list order.
- A new customer must make at least the minimum buy-in when joining a cash table. This may be done in cash-value chips.
- A customer joining a cash game will have a seat assigned to them by the floor person who gives a customer a table/seat card.
- Any customer seated between the small blind and dealer button positions upon joining may only begin participating once the button has passed their position (the following deal).
- A customer transferred from a “broken” table does not need to post a new player’s blind.
- Straddles
- Live Straddle bets are allowed in cash games (excluding Promotional Cash Games) and must always be double the previous bet (e.g., 5 / 10 / 20 / 40, etc.). Straddle bets are not allowed in cash games with lowest blinds on offer.
- Straddles are only allowed in a clockwise fashion beginning with the UTG player (under the gun, directly after the big blind) and straddles may continue.
- Mississippi straddles are not allowed. (A straddle placed out of turn by the button that would see the action starting in the blinds.)
- For calculating the minimum raise, the difference between the live straddle and the previous bet is used.
- Bomb pots
- Bomb Pots require all players to put in a set amount preflop with action beginning post flop.
- Bomb pots are allowed up to a maximum of once per dealer change unless special dispensation is given by the Poker Room Supervisor.
- Bomb pots do not require the participation of every seated player. Any player not wishing to participate in Bomb pots shall make this known to the dealer and be dealt out of the hand.
- The dealer button doesn’t move after the playing of a bomb pot.
- Run It Twice
- Running it Twice allows players, when there is an all-in situation with no more betting action permitted, to deal multiple instances of remaining cards with the pot then becoming a split pot according to how many instances of remaining cards are dealt.
- “Run it twice” is offered in cash games starting from blinds of €2/2 or higher. As a special promotion, the casino may also offer it in lower-stakes games.
- Players are allowed to “run-it-twice” onlyif all players left in the pot agree, otherwise it is run once.
- Players can run it “once” or “twice” only but not more times
- “Run it twice” means that in an all-in situation, customers may ask the dealer to deal the board, turn, or river twice, depending on when the all-in occurs.
- If all-in before the flop: the entire board is dealt twice.
- If all-in before the turn: the turn and river are dealt twice.
- If all-in before the river: only the river is dealt twice.
- If running it twice in a 5-card game all-in before the flop and there are not enough cards, the first board is dealt as normal with 3 burn cards. Then the burn cards are reshuffled with the remaining cards for the second board.
- Rake is taken from the full pot when running it twice, regardless of outcome.
Tournament Poker Rules
- General
- A poker tournament is a competition in which customers who wish to participate pay a predetermined entry fee to gain the right to take part in the tournament, and the total sum of these fees forms the prize pool, which is distributed among the winners of the tournament according to the distribution principles announced before the tournament begins. The tournament is carried out by playing either a single poker variant or a mix of several variants (8-game, HORSE, HOSE, etc.).
- Tournament Types
- Tournaments are held in the following variations:
- Re-entry tournaments – where a player may re-enter the tournament after elimination one or multiple times (depending on tournament conditions). Re-entry does not have to be immediate after elimination, but must be done within a predetermined time limit and only if seats are available. In some tournaments, players may be allowed to surrender a portion of their starting stack and then re-enter.
- Re-buy tournaments – where a player may purchase additional chips within a time limit set by the organizer, having first lost all their chips, and must make the re-buy immediately after losing all chips, without vacating their seat. A player may announce his/her intention to make a rebuy verbally, chips will be placed on the table, but the player will not be allowed to take a seat before the payment has been made.
- A re-buy may also be permitted if the player’s stack is equal to or lower than the starting stack, provided the organizer announces this before the tournament begins. In such a case the player who has lost all his/her chips may do a “double” buy-in and receive a double starting stack.
- Some re-buy / re-entry tournaments allow for “Add-on” where additional chips may be purchased within the time limit set by the organizer, once, regardless of the amount of chips a player has at the time of purchase. In re-buy tournaments, players are informed before the end of the re-buy period how many hands remain (typically 3).
- Freezeout tournaments – no re-buys or re-entries allowed.
- Freezeout Double Chance tournaments – where a player may receive additional free chips within a time limit set by the organizer and under predetermined conditions.
- Time tournaments – where the prize pool is distributed after a set time defined by the organizer, based on the players’ chip counts at the time when the time limit expires.
- Terminator a.k.a Bounty tournaments – where, in addition to tournament chips, each player is given a personal cash-value chip. The cash value is defined before the tournament begins. When a player eliminates another from the tournament, they receive the eliminated player’s personal cash chip. The more eliminations a player makes, the more such chips they receive, which can be cashed out at any time.
- Regular bounty tournament as described above;
- Progressive bounty tournament with each player having a bounty on their head in case of elimination and the amount grows with each elimination or;
- Mystery Bounty tournament where part of the bounty prize pool is going to be raffled between players who have kicked out a player/players.
- Tournaments are held in the following variations:
- Joining a Tournament
- A player may register and pay the tournament entry fee at the casino cash desk, in accordance with the general deposit rules. A tournament ticket or a seat card is issued to the participant, which specifies their table and seat, allowing them to take their place at the table. It is the player’s responsibility to immediately check the information on their ticket. For major tournaments where pre-registration and fee payment occur earlier, table and seat draws may be conducted in advance, with lists published before the tournament begins. Tournament staff may, if necessary, request ID from a player or ask them to remove hats, sunglasses, etc., if these obstruct identification.
- All the fees subtracted from the total amount of buy-ins will be announced prior to the tournament.
- If a player has taken the wrong seat, they must move to the correct one and continue playing with the chips they originally received at the start of the tournament.
- The casino may, depending on the nature of the tournament, impose restrictions on registration
- If the number of players wishing to register exceeds the maximum allowed in the tournament conditions, a late buy-in waiting list is opened. Based on this list, a player may buy into the tournament if another player is eliminated during the late registration period.
- A position on the waiting list is personal and cannot be transferred to another player.
- Seats are assigned by draw before the start of the game/tournament, and players cannot exchange seats. The button is placed in the last position unless otherwise decided by the tournament staff (e.g. through a button draw). The button may also be drawn when the tournament resumes or at the start of the final table. Each player receives a receipt upon ticket purchase, specifying their table and seat.
- If a player has paid the entry fee either via a pre-paid ticket or any other means but not registered for the tournament at the registration desk, their chips will not be placed on the table nor their seat drawn until they have arrived at the tournament registration desk, unless specifically noted otherwise in the specific tournament rules.
- A player may be refunded their entry fee in the following cases:
- if the tournament is cancelled (e.g. fewer than 7 players registered at the start time, or cancellation for another reason);
- if the player decides not to participate before the start of the tournament, they may receive a refund only with sufficient justification and approval from the poker supervisor.
- If a player has already paid the entry fee but wins a ticket to the same tournament through another satellite event (landbased or online), a tournament ticket is credited to the player’s account which may be used at that particular tournament only. If not used, the ticket becomes invalid. Tournament tickets are not transferable or refunded in case they are not used during the particular event.
- Tournament Play
- A tournament takes place if there are at least seven participants, unless otherwise announced in advance. If fewer than seven players register, players have the right to request a refund of the entry fee. Any guaranteed prize pools will only be valid and active at the time of 7 individual players buying into the tournament. Tournament may be started with less than 7 players but the other conditions e.g. guaranteed prize pool rules will still be valid only with 7 individual players buying in.
- At the start of the tournament, all players receive the same number of tournament chips. These chips cannot be used in any other games – they have no cash value and are only for use during the tournament.
- The casino may, as a special promotion, give additional chips to players who meet certain conditions before the tournament begins.
- All chips must be kept on the table in stacks of 10 or 20, with higher-value chips always visible to other players and the dealer. If tournament staff make a remark about chip stacking, the player must comply; otherwise, penalties may apply.
- Players may not give their chips to anyone outside of play – all chips must move between players only through betting. Exchanging chips is permitted but the given sum and received sum must match.
- Players may not leave the table with chips unless authorized or instructed by tournament staff.
- Each participant must play personally. Using another person as a substitute is not allowed, nor may spectators or other participants provide advice. If necessary or in case of doubt, staff may request ID verification.
- If a player leaves the table, the dealer posts the antes, blinds and bring-in bets on their behalf.
- Cards are always dealt to all players, regardless of whether they are present at the table or not.
- If a player leaves the table during a hand and is not at their seat when it is their turn to act, their action is considered a fold, and the dealer mucks their cards.
- Blinds and antes are increased during the tournament according to the predetermined schedule (small blind/big blind, ante, any forced bets). If the game is running with a Big Blind Ante and the player has less than total amount of Big Blind and Big Blind Ante, the Big Blind bet takes priority and is made fully whereas Big Blind Ante will have to be made with the rest of the chips. Example: player A is on the Big Blind with 700 chips and the Big Blind is 500. In such a case 500 will be used as the Big Blind and 200 as the Big Blind Ante.
- If the difference in the number of players at one tournament table compared to other tables (except in a shootout tournament) is greater than one (1), the tables are “balanced” by moving a player from a table with more players to a table with fewer players. If a table has at least three fewer players than the others, play at that table is paused until the tables are balanced.
- When balancing tables, a player is moved from big blind position to big blind position, or as close to it as possible. In Stud games, the player with the smallest stack is moved to another table. The order of table closures is announced after the end of registration, but the tournament staff may adjust this order if necessary. When a table is closed, players are assigned to new tables by random draw.
- The final table seating order is determined by draw. Each finalist draws a card and takes the seat corresponding to the number on that card. If a software program is used to assign seats, the tournament staff will announce the seat allocations.
- For 8- or 9-max tables, the final table is formed as 5 + 5 to create a 9-player final.
- For 7- or 6-max tables, the final table is formed as 4 + 4 to create a 7-player final.
- Adjustments to the number of participants at the final table and the number of players at the last two tables may be made as necessary.
- Players must immediately transfer their chips to the new table (to which they were assigned) after table balancing. If a player fails to do so, the tournament director may impose a penalty.
- In tournaments where the button is used, when only two players remain, the player with the button posts the small blind, and the other posts the big blind. The same rule applies to heads-up tournaments.
- The blinds, time limits, and starting chip stacks (the tournament structure) are announced in advance and are available to all participants before the tournament begins.
- The casino reserves the right to change the published blind and time structures before the tournament, or if necessary during the tournament, provided that participants are informed in advance.
- Only tournament chips may be present on the tournament table, except for one “foreign” chip that may be used as a card cap (chip used to protect cards), or a cash game chip in a Terminator tournament used as the designated Terminator chip.
- When a level ends, the new level blinds take effect from the next hand. If the dealer has already started shuffling and completed the first riffle shuffle, the hand is played at the previous level. A new level begins only if the dealer has not gone beyond the first riffle shuffle.
- Cards removed from play may not be retrieved from the muck by anyone except casino staff.
- If the dealer kills (takes away) a hand that was unprotected by its owner, the player cannot recover the chips invested in that hand. The only exception is if the player raised and their raise had not yet been called, in which case they may recover the raise portion of their chips.
- A player who is moved from a “broken” table to another and arrives between the small blind and button must skip one hand. After the button has passed their position, they may re-enter the game.
- Players (whether they hold cards or not) may not make comments during a hand (while decisions remain to be made) about possible hands, their own cards, or folded cards. Only in a heads-up situation may a player speculate or comment on the opponent’s possible hand.
- In situations where at least one player is all-in, all players remaining in the hand must reveal their cards at showdown. The dealer has the right and obligation to do this on behalf of a player if the player does not do so themselves.
- Players who have reached the prize positions are allowed to make agreements on the division of prize money, provided that such agreements do not conflict with local laws. The tournament organizer may, if necessary, inform the media about such agreements.
- If a player is forced to leave the tournament, they must inform the tournament staff. Their chips remain on the table, and they still have the possibility to win prize money.
- Hand-for-hand play – when the tournament reaches the stage (money bubble) where prize money will start to be distributed among eligible places, the process called “hand-for-hand play” begins. After the tournament director has announced this to everyone, all tables complete their current hands and then wait until the tournament director signals the start of the next hand. After the signal, dealers deal the cards, play the hand to completion, and then again wait for the tournament director’s signal before starting the next hand. This process continues until enough players have been eliminated to determine the player who receives the minimum prize.
- During hand-for-hand play, the tournament clock is paused, but after each hand 2 minutes are deducted from the clock (and if necessary, up to 3 minutes at the discretion of the tournament director) and the remaining time is immediately updated. Levels may also change as a result.
- The tournament director has the right, after a certain predetermined number of hands, to redraw the seats at the tables to ensure fairness. The director announces such a redraw before those hands begin, i.e., just prior to the start of hand-for-hand play.
- Called All-In – if, during this stage, a player at a table has called another player’s all-in bet, play at that table is paused. Players must not expose their cards until instructed to do so by the dealer. The table then waits until the same hand has been completed at all other tables. Once that point is reached, the tournament director instructs the dealer at the all-in table to continue. If all-ins have been called at multiple tables simultaneously, the hands are completed one table at a time under the supervision and direction of the tournament director, while play at all other tables remains paused until all pending hands are finished.
- If two or more players are eliminated simultaneously at different tables, they share the respective finishing positions.
- If two or more players are eliminated while playing at the same table, the higher finishing position is awarded to the player who had the larger chip stack at the start of the hand.
- End of play day – in multi-day tournaments, the following procedure is used to prevent stalling: when there are 5 to 15 minutes left in the final level of the day, the tournament director pauses the tournament clock. One player is chosen to draw a card between 3 and 7, and the number drawn determines how many additional hands will be played that day at all tables. The tournament director announces the number of remaining hands to all players.
- Tournament Prize Pool Payouts
- The number of payout places and prize amounts in poker tournaments depends on the number of participants or buy-ins and the total prize pool collected. The exact distribution is displayed on the poker club’s screens after the buy-in period for each tournament has ended.
- Penalties and Poker Etiquette
- Disclosure – players are obliged to protect other players at all times during a tournament. Therefore, regardless of whether they are in the hand or not, players may not:
- Reveal live or mucked cards.
- Give advice or criticize play before the action is complete.
- Try to guess cards that have not yet been revealed.
- Discuss hands or strategy with spectators.
- Seek or receive advice from external sources.
- The rule “one player to a hand” applies.
- To leave the table or discard cards before their decision time
- Televised Feature Tables and Hole Cards – players participating in a live-streamed or televised event must cooperate with the recording team. This includes showing their hole cards to the camera on the table/keeping cards in the designated marked area. Failure to comply may result in a penalty.
- Exposed Cards – a player who exposes their cards before the action is complete may be penalized, up to and including a dead hand. The penalty is applied at the end of the hand. All players at the table have the right to see all exposed cards.
- Exposing and Mucking – a player who shows their cards to another player who has already folded, and then folds themselves, may receive a penalty. If the dealer notices this, the cards must be set aside from the muck and shown to the entire table after the hand is complete. Players who repeatedly engage in this behavior will be penalized.
- Collusion – poker is an individual game. Soft play, intentional chip dumping, collusion to keep players alive before the money stage (e.g., constantly folding to the big blind during the bubble), etc., are prohibited and may result in penalties.
- Etiquette Violations – repeated violations will result in penalties determined by tournament staff. Examples include: unnecessary touching of other players’ cards or chips, delaying the game, repeatedly acting out of turn, throwing chips into the pot, intentionally betting too far from the dealer, or excessive talking. Penalties may also be given for excessive celebrations expressed through prolonged theatrics, inappropriate behavior, gestures, or other disruptive actions. Abusive comments toward other players’ play style and/or criticizing how they play are also violations.
- Foul Language – insulting other players, tournament staff, or other employees is not allowed. Profane, vulgar, or offensive language directed at another person may result in penalties. Repeated use of offensive language, even if not aimed directly at anyone, may also result in penalties.
- Conduct – all participants must behave politely and appropriately at all events and in all tournament areas. Anyone experiencing inappropriate conduct from another person must immediately notify tournament staff. This includes situations where a player’s personal hygiene or health condition disturbs others. The tournament staff will decide whether a player’s hygiene or health is disruptive and may impose sanctions if the player refuses to resolve the issue to the organizer’s satisfaction.
- Authority – the Tournament Director or tournament staff may penalize any act that, at their sole discretion, is against the official rules or the best interests of the tournament.
- Penalties – the Tournament Director or staff may, at their sole discretion, impose penalties ranging from a verbal warning to disqualification and exclusion from all Bombay Club and Resort OÜ poker tournaments. Penalties may be applied for soft play, offensive or disruptive behavior, throwing cards off the table, mucking cards with excessive force that exposes them, violating the “one player to a hand” rule, or similar actions. Insulting other players, staff, or personnel is not tolerated.
- Types of Penalties – include, but are not limited to: verbal warning, one or more missed hands, one or more missed orbits (one orbit = one hand per remaining player at the table, e.g. 6 players = 6 hands missed), dead hand, removal from the tournament, disqualification (forfeiting all winnings), ban on entering tournaments, and exclusion from all organizer events.
- Escalation – penalties do not have to be progressive. A player may be disqualified even for a first offense if deemed severe enough. Any penalizable action may result in strong disciplinary measures, even at first occurrence.
- Missed Hand/Orbit Penalty – the player must sit out one or more hands/orbits while remaining away from the table. The missed hand(s) count from the moment the penalty is issued. During the penalty, the player must remain outside the designated tournament area. The dealer must notify the Tournament Director if the penalized player returns to their seat early.
- Penalties Move – all penalties follow the player. If Player A is penalized with two missed orbits (16 hands) at the end of Day 1 but only serves 5, the remaining 11 must be served at the start of Day 2. The same principle applies during table breaks, seat moves, etc.
- Elimination Penalty – players removed from the tournament are assigned a finishing place corresponding to their elimination point.
- Example: If 15 players remain (with 100 paid places) and Player A is banned from the casino for unrelated reasons, their chips are removed, and they are recorded as finishing in 15th place.
- Disqualification – disqualified players have their chips removed from play, their buy-in remains in the prize pool, and they forfeit any winnings. Disqualified players must immediately leave the tournament area.
- Tournament Property – chips used in tournaments organized by Bombay Club and Resort OÜ have no cash value and remain the property of the organizer. Chips may not be removed from the tournament area or given to another player outside of play. Players who transfer chips between events or to others may be penalized up to and including disqualification and/or a ban from all Bombay Club and Resort OÜ live tournaments.
- Disclosure – players are obliged to protect other players at all times during a tournament. Therefore, regardless of whether they are in the hand or not, players may not:
Poker Game Descriptions
TEXAS HOLD’EM POKER RULES
Introduction
The objective of the game is to form the highest possible five-card combination out of the seven cards available to the player. The player may use two, one, or none of their hole cards (playing the board), and must make the best hand possible using any combination of their hole (pocket) cards and the five community cards available to all players.
Gameplay
- Blinds: Each hand starts with forced bets called “blinds.” The player to the left of the dealer posts the small blind, and the next player posts the big blind, typically double the small blind.
- The Deal: Each player receives two private hole (pocket) cards.
- Betting Rounds:
- Preflop: The first round of betting begins with the player to the left of the big blind. Players can call (match the current bet), raise (increase the bet), or fold (discard their hand).
- The Flop: Three community cards are dealt face up. A second round of betting begins.
- The Turn: A fourth community card is dealt. A third round of betting begins.
- The River: A fifth community card is dealt. The final round of betting begins.
Showdown: If two or more players remain after the final betting round, they reveal their hands. The player with the best five-card hand wins the pot. If hands are tied, the pot is shared.
Hand Rankings
In Texas Hold’em, players use their two-hole cards plus the five community cards to form the best five-card hand. Here are the hand rankings, from highest to lowest:
- Straight Flush: Five cards in numerical order, all of the same suit. The highest straight flush (A-K-Q-J-10) is called a “Royal Flush.”
- Four of a Kind: Four cards of the same rank. The fifth card (the “kicker”) determines the winner if two players have the same four of a kind.
- Full House: Three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank. The highest three of a kind determines the winner if two players have full houses.
- Flush: Five cards of the same suit. The highest card in the flush determines the winner.
- Straight: Five cards in numerical order, regardless of suit. The highest card in the straight determines the winner.
- Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank. The kickers determine the winner if two players have the same three of a kind.
- Two Pair: Two cards of one rank and two cards of another rank. The highest pair determines the winner, and if the pairs are the same, the kicker determines the winner.
- One Pair: Two cards of the same rank. The kickers determine the winner if two players have the same pair.
- High Card: If no other hand is made, the highest card wins. If necessary, the second, third, fourth, and fifth highest cards can be used to determine the winner.

The objective of the game is to form both the highest (High hand) and the lowest (Low hand) possible five-card combinations out of the nine cards available to the player. The player must use exactly two cards from their hand and three cards from the board for both the high and low hands (cards used for each may overlap).
Gameplay
The pot is split (split pot) between the player(s) holding the highest hand and the player(s) holding the lowest hand. To qualify for the low portion of the pot, a player’s five cards must all be ranked from Ace through Eight (with Ace counted as the lowest card and Eight as the highest card). The player must use two hole cards and three community cards, and the five cards must be unpaired and distinct — values from hand and board cannot overlap or form pairs.
If the board does not contain at least three qualifying low cards, no low hand is possible in that round, and the entire pot is awarded to the player with the highest hand. If multiple identical high or low hands are competing for either portion of the pot, the high portion and low portion are first separated, and then each part is further divided equally among the players with the respective winning combinations.
This game may also be played with 5 hole cards, in which case this information must be announced to the players before the start of the game. That format of the game is also known as Big O a.k.a. 5 Card Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Eight or Better.
FIVE CARD STUD (SÖKÖ)
Introduction
The objective of the game is to form the highest five-card combination from the five cards dealt exclusively to each player.
Gameplay
The dealer deals one hole card and one face-up card to each player, starting from the first player to the dealer’s left. A player may look at their hole card but may not reveal it or show it to anyone else. A betting round follows. After betting is complete, the dealer burns one card (this is done after each betting round) and deals a second face-up card to each player. Another betting round follows, starting from the highest face up card or combination of cards and in this way players receive a total of four face-up cards, dealt one at a time. After the final betting round, players still in the game reveal their cards, and the pot is won by the player with the highest five-card combination.
Rules
In this game the combinations “four-card straight” and “four-card flush” (in order of strength) are recognized, and these rank between “one pair” and “two pairs.”
Exception: If Sökö is played with a button, the deal starts with the first player after the button.
SEVEN CARD STUD
Introduction
The objective of the game is to form the highest five-card combination from the seven cards dealt exclusively to each player.
Gameplay
The dealer deals two hole cards and one face-up card to each player, starting from the first player to the dealer’s left. A player may look at their hole cards but may not reveal them or show them to anyone else. A betting round follows. After betting is complete, the dealer burns one card from the top of the deck (done after each betting round) and deals a second face-up card to each player. Another betting round follows, starting with the lowest/highest exposed card (depending on the game format). The dealer continues in this way, dealing one face-up card at a time until each player has a total of four face-up cards. From the fourth card onward, betting starts with the highest exposed card or the strongest exposed combination. The final card is dealt face down. After the last betting round, players still in the game reveal their cards, and the pot is won by the player with the highest five-card combination.
Exception: In this game, a shared community card may be dealt face up on the table if there are more players than there are cards available for dealing the final hole card.
If Seven Card Stud is played with a button, the deal starts with the first player after the button.
CRAZY PINEAPPLE
Introduction
In this game each player is dealt three hole cards at the beginning, of which each player must discard one card of their choice before the fourth community card is revealed on the table (before the turn). The game then continues in the same manner as Texas Hold’em.
COURCHEVEL
Gameplay
In this game each player is dealt five hole cards, and immediately the first card of the flop is dealt face up, without burning a card before dealing this first community card. A betting round follows, after which the dealer burns one card and completes the flop (dealing two additional cards). The rest of the game continues in the same manner as Omaha, where each player must use two cards from their hand and three cards from the board to form a combination. This game can be played by up to 8 players. In a 9-player Dealer’s Choice game, the player to the left of the big blind skips the deal/hand.
5 CARD OMAHA & 6 CARD OMAHA
Each player is dealt five or six hole cards. Each player must use exactly two cards from their hand and three cards from the board to form a combination. This game can be played by up to 7 players (6 Card Omaha) or 8 players (5 Card Omaha). In a 9-player Dealer’s Choice game, the player to the left of the big blind skips the deal/hand.
WATERMELON
Each player is dealt four hole cards, of which each player must discard one card before the fourth community card (the turn) is revealed, and must discard another card before the last community card (the river) is revealed. The game is otherwise played in the same manner as Texas Hold’em.
RAZZ
Razz is essentially similar to Seven Card Stud, with the difference that the objective of the game is to achieve the lowest possible five-card combination. In Razz, straights and flushes do not count against the player for low, and the ace always plays low. Thus, the best possible Razz hand is 5-4-3-2-A, or 5 high.
EIGHT OR BETTER HIGH-LOW STUD
The objective of the game is to form the highest and the lowest possible five-card combination out of the seven cards dealt.
The course of play is essentially similar to Seven Card Stud, with the exception of the criteria for splitting the pot. The pot is divided at the table (split pot) between the player holding the highest (High hand) and the player holding the lowest (Low hand) combination. To win the Low portion of the pot, a player must have five cards out of the seven dealt in the range from Ace to Eight (with Ace being the lowest card and 8 the highest card). In the case that no player has a qualifying hand for the Low, the entire pot is awarded to the High hand.
SVITEN SPECIAL
Introduction
In Sviten Special, the player’s objective is to form the highest possible five-card hand from the five hole cards dealt, and in addition, similar to 5 Card Omaha, to make the highest possible combination using two cards from the hand and three from the board. A table may host 2 to 7 players, with 6 being the usual maximum, although at the discretion of the tournament director, the game may also be played with 7 players.
Gameplay
Each player is dealt 5 hole cards (face down), which they may look at. A betting round follows, and in this game no cards are burned, and if a card is accidentally exposed, it is not replaced and no misdeal is declared. After the flop is dealt, another betting round follows, after which players may exchange 1–5 of their hole cards for new ones. The exchange is carried out clockwise, starting with the player to the left of the button.
If a player exchanges exactly one card, the dealer first gives them an open card. If the player does not want this card, they receive the next card from the deck face down.
The Turn card is then dealt to the board, followed by a betting round. Finally, the River card is dealt, followed again by a betting round.
The pot is split between the highest five-card hand formed solely from the hole cards, and the highest 5 Card Omaha hand (two hole cards plus three community cards).
Irregularities and Their Solutions
If the dealer makes a mistake during the initial deal and a card is exposed, it is not replaced and no misdeal is declared. The hand continues as normal.
If a card is accidentally exposed by the dealer during the exchange process, that card is taken, the deck is shuffled again including that card, and the exchange continues from the player where it was interrupted.
During the exchange process, the dealer may use two sources of cards: the undealt portion of the deck, and the muck (cards folded before the flop). If no one folded before the flop, the muck is unavailable. If there are not enough cards during the exchange, the procedure is as follows:
Example: At a 6-player table, one player folds before the flop, placing 5 cards into the muck. The undealt deck has 22 cards left. Five players wish to exchange cards.
- Player 1 exchanges 5 cards. The dealer deals them 5 cards from the undealt deck, then gathers the discarded cards into the muck.
- Player 2 exchanges 5 cards. The dealer deals them 5 cards from the undealt deck, then gathers the discarded cards into the muck.
- Player 3 exchanges 5 cards. The dealer deals them 5 cards from the undealt deck, then gathers the discarded cards into the muck.
- Player 4 exchanges 5 cards. The dealer deals them 5 cards from the undealt deck, then gathers the discarded cards into the muck.
- Player 5 exchanges 5 cards. Only 2 cards remain in the undealt deck. The dealer gives the player these 2 cards, then shuffles the muck face down on the table, cuts it, and deals the remaining 3 cards. The dealer then gathers the discarded cards into the muck.
After all exchanges are completed, the dealer again shuffles all cards, including the muck from the exchanges, and deals the Turn and River cards according to the rules of play.
CHESTERFIELD HOLD’EM
The objective of the game is to form the highest possible five-card combination from eight cards available to the player, where the player may use three, two, one, or none of their hole cards (playing the board).
Gameplay
Each player is dealt two hole cards and one open card one by one, after which the game continues in the same way as Texas Hold’em.
DEUCE TO SEVEN SINGLE DRAW
Introduction
2-7 (Deuce to Seven or 2-7) Single Draw Lowball – in Estonian “2-7 (from deuce to seven) single draw low combination game.”
2-7 Single Draw is a version of draw poker, also known as Kansas City Lowball. Unlike Hold’em or Stud, in Lowball games the best low hand wins the pot. However, like Hold’em and Omaha, blinds and the dealer button are used, and sometimes Antes as well. In Single Draw tables, each player may exchange their cards once, although players may also choose to keep all their cards (stand pat).
Hand Rankings in Deuce to Seven Single Draw differ from other lowball games. In 2-7, straights and flushes count against the player when forming a low hand, and aces are always high. Therefore, the best possible hand is: 7-5-4-3-2 (unsuited).
Here are examples of 2-7 hands ranked from the worst (#16 – almost never winning the pot) to the best (#1 – the nuts):
- 7-5-4-3-2 (the nuts – best possible hand)
- 7-6-4-3-2
- 8-6-4-3-2
- 9-7-6-4-3
- T-6-5-4-2
- T-6-5-4-3
- T-7-5-4-3
- K-J-8-7-4
- A-5-4-3-2 (not a straight – ace is high)
- A-8-7-4-2
- A-9-6-4-2
- 2-2-7-6-5 (pair)
- 5-5-5-6-3 (three of a kind)
- 7-6-5-4-3 (low straight)
- 8-7-6-5-4 (straight)
- J-7-4-3-2 (all in the same suit = flush)
Gameplay
Draw poker is played with mandatory blinds. The small blind is posted by the player immediately to the left of the dealer button, and the big blind by the player to the left of the small blind. The small blind is usually half the size of the big blind. Lowball is sometimes also played with antes, a small compulsory bet that all players must post in addition to the blinds.
Each player is dealt five face-down cards. A betting round follows. After the first betting round, remaining players may exchange cards. A player may discard any number of cards and receive new ones, or stand pat (decline to exchange any). After the draw, another betting round takes place. Players may bet, fold, or check (if no prior bet has been made). If more than one player remains, a showdown follows, and the strongest low hand wins the pot.
If two or more hands have the same value, the pot is split equally among them. Suits are not considered when splitting pots.
Sometimes a draw game can exhaust the entire deck. In such cases, the cards are reshuffled, and play continues.
DEUCE TO SEVEN TRIPLE DRAW
Deuce to Seven Triple Draw Lowball is a poker game in which the lowest poker hand at showdown wins the pot. As in all draw games, each player is dealt five cards, and at each draw stage, they may exchange any number of them—even all five. In the Triple Draw format, each player may make up to three draws. Players also always have the option to keep all their cards (“stand pat”) and not exchange any.
Gameplay
Each player is dealt five face-down cards. A betting round follows. After the first betting round, remaining players may exchange any number of cards. A player may also stand pat (exchange none). After the draw, another betting round follows, in which players may bet or fold (if a bet was made before their turn). If no bets are placed, players may check.
After this, two further draws take place, each followed by a betting round. In total, there are three draws and four betting rounds.
If more than one player remains after the final betting round, there is a showdown, and the lowest-ranking hand wins the pot.
If two or more hands have the same value, the pot is split equally among them. Suits are not considered when splitting pots.
Sometimes a draw game can exhaust the entire deck. In such cases, the cards are reshuffled, and play continues.
OPEN FACE CHINESE PINEAPPLE
Introduction
Open Face Chinese Pineapple is played with a standard 52-card deck. A single deck can be used by up to three players at one table. The game is designed for a three-player table, but it can also be played heads-up (two players).
This is a faster version of classic Open Face Chinese, usually with three players. The speed comes from the deal structure:
Rules
To score points, players must build three separate hands: a front hand (three cards), a middle hand (five cards), and a back hand (five cards). In total, each player must form 13 cards.
Hand strength must increase in order:
Front hand must be the weakest
Middle hand must be stronger,
Back hand must be the strongest.
If a player violates this rule, all their hands are automatically fouled, resulting in a total loss of the hand. Opponents receive points, while the fouled player scores zero.
Scoring
As in other forms of poker, the game is about beating opponents’ hands. Ideally, each of your three hands should win against your opponent’s.
Winning all three hands (scoop): +6 points
Winning two of three hands: +1 point
Royalty Points
In addition to regular points, players may earn bonus points for special combinations. These apply separately to the front, middle, and back hands.

Gameplay
The dealer distributes cards clockwise, starting with the player after the button.
At the beginning, each player receives five cards, all of which must be placed immediately.
Afterwards, cards are dealt in rounds: in each round, the player receives three cards down, discards one, and places the other two into any of their three hands as they see fit.
The game lasts 5 dealing rounds.
The special feature is that the game is played open face – all cards are placed face-up, and all hands are visible to every player.
Dealing continues until each player has 13 cards on the table, forming the three hands (front 3, middle 5, back 5). Once placed, cards may not be moved.
When all cards are dealt and hands are set, scoring begins. Players compare their hands with opponents individually, one by one, starting from the first player after the button (Small Blind). The Big Blind on the button compares with the Small Blind, then with the Button, and finally the Small Blind with the Button.
Fantasyland
Fantasyland is a popular variation where a player receives all 13 cards at once (or more, depending on the version).
To qualify for Fantasyland, a player must correctly set their prior hand, and their front hand must contain at least a pair of Queens (QQ) or better.
In Fantasyland, the player receives all 13 cards at once in the next hand and sets their three hands in private, away from the table. They then return and place their hands face-down on the table, revealing them only at the end.
If multiple players qualify, up to 3 players can be in Fantasyland simultaneously.
Fantasyland entry hand determines card count:
- QQ front hand → 13 cards.
- KK front hand → 14 cards.
- AA front hand → 15 cards.
- Three of a Kind (front hand) → 16 cards.
A player cannot remain in Fantasyland for consecutive hands. As long as players are in Fantasyland, the button does not move.
KAURI GAME
As an exception, in this game each player is dealt five hole cards, of which each player must discard one card before preflop betting action starts. The second card will be discarded after the three community cards (the flop) are revealed but before the betting has commenced. The 3rd card will be discarded before the turncard betting action begins. The game then continues in the same manner as Texas Hold’em.
DEALER’S CHOICE
Dealer’s Choice is a potential combination of (all) the previously mentioned games, where the player holding the button may choose which game will be played during the next hand/round.
MIXED GAMES
HORSE
The classic mix of five games, whose initials form the acronym. The “S” and “E” games do not necessarily have to follow in that order, but are played according to the organizer’s set sequence:
- H – Limit Hold’em
- O – Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better
- R – Limit Razz (7-Card Stud Lowball, A-5 Low)
- S – Limit Seven Card Stud
- E – Limit Seven Card Stud Eight or Better (Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better)
HOSE
Essentially HORSE without Razz:
- H – Limit Hold’em
- O – Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better
- S – Limit Seven Card Stud
- E – Limit Seven Card Stud Eight or Better
8-GAME MIX
The usual rotation order:
- Limit Hold’em
- Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better
- Razz
- Seven Card Stud
- Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better
- No-Limit Hold’em
- Pot-Limit Omaha
- 2-7 Triple Draw (Limit)
All of these formats are played in the order presented, and most of them typically use the Limit betting structure. In addition to these, there are many other combined variations.

- The outcome of each game depends entirely on chance and is determined by a certified RNG embedded in the machine software.
- Each spin is independent – outcomes are determined at the moment of play by the RNG. Previous outcomes have no effect on future outcomes.
Symbols and Winning Combinations
- Each game title has its own symbol set and paytable. The complete paytable for each game is displayed on the slot machine’s help/rules screen, accessible to the player at all times during play via the “?” or “HELP” button.
- Winning combinations are formed by matching symbols appearing on active paylines from left to right, beginning with the leftmost reel, unless otherwise specified in the individual game rules displayed on the machine.
Special Features
- Depending on the title, games may include one or more of the following features. All applicable features and their rules are described in full on the machine’s help screen:
- Wild symbol: Substitutes for other symbols to complete winning combinations (except Scatter).
- Scatter symbol: Awards prizes based on number of appearances anywhere on the reels, regardless of payline position (typically triggers Free Games).
- Free Games (or Free Spins): Available in Golden Link games only. A bonus round triggered by Scatter symbols, during which a defined number of spins are played at no additional cost to the player. Winnings from Free Games are added to the player’s balance. Some titles feature a Special Expanding Symbol during Free Games that expands to fill the entire reel when part of a winning combination.
- Lock & Spin feature: Available in all 25 titles. Triggered when a specified number of special (coin/jackpot) symbols land on the reels. The triggering symbols are locked in position and additional re-spins are awarded (with the spin counter resetting to 3 on each new symbol landing). The feature ends when no new symbols land, and all locked symbol values are summed and awarded to the player. Grand and Major jackpot symbols may be collected during this feature.
- Scale Up feature: Available in Born to Gamble™, Hot Twins™, Road to Prosperity™, Roll on Fire™, and Rumbling Run™. During Lock & Spin, the value of coin symbols on the reels can be multiplied.
- Magic Clover feature: Available in Clover Power™. Special feature triggered during base game.
- Super Colors feature: Available in Road to Prosperity™. Special feature triggered during base game.
- Gamble feature: After any win, the player may optionally choose to gamble the win amount in a double-or-nothing card/colour game. This feature is entirely voluntary. If declined, the win is credited normally. The Casino may enable or disable this feature any time.
- Progressive Jackpots (Linked): All titles feature Grand and Major jackpot levels, configured as Linked jackpots shared across all participating machines on the network. The current jackpot values are displayed on each machine. Jackpots are awarded randomly during eligible game play and may be triggered during the Lock & Spin feature.
- No feature is triggered automatically in a way that causes the player to bet additional funds beyond their chosen stake. All features are either free (Lock & Spin, Free Games) or optional (Gamble).
Winning probabilities and Return to player (RTP)
RTP Compliance
- All gaming machines operated at Bombay comply with the minimum return to player (RTP) requirements set out in HasMS. As per law, our slot machines and games ensure that the average amount distributed to players as a result of a game shall exceed 80% of the total amount of all bets.

- Documented in the independent expert assessment certificate for that title;
- Has been registered in the EAKS system by Bombay prior to the launch of the game; and
- Available to EMTA via the EAKS/EHMA reporting system in accordance with the law.
- For example, the theoretical RTP for all Novomatic Superia Games operated at Bombay Club Casino is configured to be 94% for all denominations.

- The amount of money in the machine;
- The time of day or duration of play;
- Previous game outcomes; and
- External factors of any kind.
