The First-Time Visitor Offer promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by the Group and is available exclusively to YoloWallet customers who meet the eligibility criteria.

• Customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Customers must comply with the premise, platform and or associated Terms & Conditions.
• All bonus or promotional / non-negotiable (“NN’s”) chips will be credited exclusively to the Wallet and cannot be transferred and or exchanged for Cash.
• Only the intended customer may participate.
• The Group reserves the right to verify player eligibility and exclude any participant at its discretion.

• Valid for inside bets only.
• Outside bets, bonus, or side bets are not permitted.

Baccarat

• Valid for Player or Banker bets only.
• Tie, Pair, bonus, or side bets are not permitted.

Ultimate Texas Hold’em / Three Card Poker

• Valid for Ante or main Bet positions only.
• Trips, Pair Plus, Progressive, or side bets are not permitted.

Blackjack

• Not valid for Blackjack unless expressly permitted at the discretion of management
  • Where permitted, bets are only valid for (main) bets, splits, double downs, and double after splits. 
• Progressive, bonus, insurance and side bets are not permitted.

All use of Lucky Money / Non-Negotiable Chips is at the sole discretion of management. Management decisions are final in all cases.

• All disputes must be brought to the attention of management immediately.
• Management will review and resolve disputes at their sole discretion, and in accordance with company policy..
• The decision of Management is final and binding.

• The Promotion is open to eligible customers only.
• All related Terms & Conditions apply and remain in full force and effect
• It is hereby clarified and acknowledged that the Group has sole jurisdiction and management authority over the Promotion, and any Bonus Score, and or Gift Shop items / Bundles issuance.

• Bonus Score achievements are awarded exclusively for transactions completed via the Wallet.

• The Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any promotion, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice:
  • to repair or maintain services;
  • to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion;
  • due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes,  access issues, system failures and malfunctions; and
  • otherwise, at their sole discretion.
• The Group may make minor amendments to this promotion to correct content or to improve clarity or customer experience.
• Complaints regarding the Promotion must be reported immediately to Support and or a member of the Management team.
• The Group reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of collusion, advantage play, or rule violations. In such circumstances, all Wallet related activity, including purchases may be forfeited.
• Group Promotions are subject to applicable gaming laws and regulations.
